People other than those registered guests are strictly prohibited from staying at the villa
If you are having a party or people over, please inform our staff and you are responsible for them
Guest are responsible for their own valuables
A safe deposit box for money, valuables, and electronic is available in every bedroom
Guests are held responsible for any damage done to the furniture /decoration or other facilities insides the villas. Guest is obliged to pay on demand the amount required to make good any such damage

Please do not take away villa items as souvenirs. Otherwise, the charge will be added to your bill
When checking out, please be sure to return your room key to the Reception
Please refrain from any acts that could cause a fire in the villa
Children cannot stay unattended at the villas
Please do not bring Illegal drugs or other articles, the possession of which is prohibited by the laws of Indonesia
Prostitution is prohibited by the laws of Indonesia. We reserve the right to refuse service to an unwanted guest
Please cooperate with economies of electricity and water for the preservation of natural resources
TURN OFF lights and AC when not in used. UNPLUG unnecessary electrical devices when leaving the house
Please recycle. Mixed recycle bin is the kitchen and living room
Please make sure to lock doors when leaving the villa during your stay.
We have the right to refuse to provide any services under any of the following cases
When we are unable to provide accommodation due to natural calamities and / or other causes of force majeure
When the guest fails to observe the House Rules
When the guest can be clearly detected as carrying an infectious disease
When the guest has overbearing unjust acts such as violence, threat or blackmail
